This cassette contains songs from Jennifer's jazz-influenced past to songs reflecting her growing spiritual awakening. "Wake Up" is a happy, jazzy tune, and "Don't Go Away Anymore", although a rich ballad, is definitely jazz sounding. "This Man From Chile" is an upbeat, Latin rhythm tune, and "The Strength Within" while jazz-sounding, is a deep testimonial to the strength within ourselves. "The Power" is a powerful love song, with more of a pop sound, and "Gabriela" is a sweet song of love and appreciation for Jennifer's child. Jennifer's piano playing is joined by drums, bass, strings, and saxophone.
